Please provide anonymised data in relation to the number of applications and successful consents by undertakings for 'Entitled' and 'Registered' employees for 2016.

I appreciate that this list may be relatively long and therefore suggest only the 20 largest (anonymised if required) undertakings would suffice.

Apologies if this information has already been produced elsewhere.

Response

Please note that there is no requirement to apply for individuals whose status is defined as Entitled or Entitled for Work under the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012 i.e. there is no limit on the number of entitled or Entitled for Work individuals who may work for an undertaking.
