Please could you tell me how many:

A

Licensed / Essential Employee Entitled to Work permits, or any other work related licences, have been awarded to Jersey Rugby Club over the last three years

B

Individuals who are playing for Jersey Rugby Club but are employed elsewhere on a J Cat / Essential Employee permit (eg in a physiotherapist practice).

Less than five Licensed or Registered permissions have been granted over the last three years.

The Public Scheduled Authority cannot provide precise numbers to avoid the identification of individuals in accordance with Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

B

Information is absolutely exempt information if –

(a) It constitutes personal data of which the application is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005; and

(b) Its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principals, as defined in that Law.
