Out of all the recently issued taxicab purple plates. How many have been issued?
Have all of them been issued the same conditions?
What are all the conditions?
How many of the purple plate licenses have been back dated to an earlier date differing from the actual date of issue?
How many of the purple plate licences have the wording booking entity on them?
Surely, if backdated would have been valid to operate from a taxi rank from the date it was backdated to?
Are all the licenses the same?
Do they include 80% pre-booked work?
14 purple plates have been issued
