How much does the States of Jersey, across all departments, spend annually on First Aid training for its staff utilising outside agencies (non States of Jersey, private organisations).

Response

The States of Jersey annual spend on First Aid Training utilising outside agencies in 2016 was £46,003.76, using the following suppliers:

  • St John Ambulance £41,976.41
  • Le Mourier Swim School £2,953.35
  • Nuco Training £1,074.00

Health and Social Services, Customs and Immigration, Fire and Rescue Service and the States of Jersey Police provide their own internal First Aid training to staff.
