Please can you ask the Planning Department to confirm on what date the £172,190 (as the Transport Infrastructure Contribution) was paid, and to whom, under the Planning Obligation Agreement for building four.

Response

The Transport Infrastructure Contribution required under the Planning Obligation Agreement for Building 4, Jersey International Finance Centre, St Helier was paid on 6 March 2017. The payment was made to the Treasurer of the States.
