Water resources annual reports (FOI)

Please will you provide me with the information where I can find copies of the annual reports that have been published for the years 2008 to 2017 as required by Article 7 of the Water Resources (Jersey) Law 2007, as amended.

Response

The Water Resources (Jersey) Law 2007 came into force on the 1 January 2009. Reports for the years 2009, 2011 and 2012 were created and whilst they were not published they were made available to the public upon request.

Copies of these reports are attached to this response.

Regulatory activities undertaken as part of the Water Resources (Jersey) Law 2007 for the years 2013 onwards were amalgamated into other published statistical reports. These reports can be found on the States of Jersey website. Links to each report are attached below:
