We write to request information you hold in regard to Civil Actions against you. In particular, how many arrests have been made by your officers and how many claims of unlawful arrests and imprisonments have been made against your Force between April 2016 and April 2017. By the term ‘claims’ this is to include letters of claim as well as those which have been settled.
