As you know, all acute Trusts are required to appoint a Medical Device Safety Officer (MDSO).

Please could you provide the name of this person at your Trust along with their job title and email address.

Response

Health and Social Services in Jersey do not have a single Medical Device Safety Officer (MDSO). The responsibilities of this role are split between several officers who undertake the duties as part of their substantive role.

A single point for contact for general enquiries is the Health and Safety Manager who can be contacted on hsshealth&safety@health.gov.je
