Does Health and Social Services carry out Disclosure Scotland checks (or any other form of criminal record check) on patients who are forced to share an apartment at the Ocean Village complex if they require an overnight stay whilst receiving treatment in Southampton?

Response

The Health and Social Services Department (HSSD) does not carry out CRB checks on patients.

Please note that since June 2017 HSSD has been operating a single occupancy policy on accommodation in Ocean Village.
