How much money do Castle Quay Surgery get paid for providing medical services to the States of Jersey, Dept of Health.

Please can this be broken down by Hospital / Care Home ie Sandybrook / St Saviours hospital for the year of 2017.

Response

The Health and Social Services Department holds this information. However, this information is exempt under Article 33 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 and cannot be released.

The release of this information would prejudice the commercial interests of the Health and Social Services Department and its suppliers or potential suppliers by interfering with the upcoming tendering process for the supply of GP services.

Having considered the public interest, the Health and Social Services Department’s decision is to withhold the information.
