On what date did Jersey Harbours and JPH decide (subject to planning permission) to proceed with the development known as Port Galots?

On what date did JPH and others enter into the development agreement with Port Galots and the Jersey Maritime Trust?

A.

A Ministerial Decision dated 3 June 2014 approved the development of a concept scheme to produce and submit a planning application for the site. Any decision to progress with development of the scheme, should it have obtained planning approval, would have required further ministerial approval.

B.

JPH has not entered into a development agreement for Port Galots.

C.
