I would like to make a Freedom of Information request from the police (who hold the records for all parishes) for the following information.

For the period 2016 and 2017 to date:

  • can I have a list of the cases heard by parish hall enquiries (not individual names but the charge)
  • can I have a list of the subsequent action taken (caution / fine)
  • can you tell me how many parish hall enquiries were deemed too serious and referred to the magistrates court
