Was the former treasurer of the States Laura Rowley subject to a compromise agreement that included a payoff when she left her post in 2014? If so how much did she receive and under what terms. What was the reason for the departure and the pay off?

Response

Ms Rowley left the States of Jersey on her resignation from the position of Treasurer to return to the UK. Her outstanding contractual payments were finalised in a compromise agreement the details of which will be in the States 2014 accounts which will be published in mid-June 2015.
