The links shown below relate to previous Freedom of Information responses regarding investigations into Health and Social Services staff from 2012 to 1 September 2016, including the outcomes of investigations:

Disciplinary Investigations (FOI)

Bullying Complaints (FOI)

Disciplinary Actions (FOI)

The following information is based on data from 2 September 2016 to 29 August 2017:

By outcome20162017Total
Case still live*19

All other outcomes**10919
Total 49

Due to the small number of cases in each area and the possibility of identifying individuals, Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied. Therefore:

* Cases still live and informal warnings for 2016 and 2017 have been consolidated.

** All other outcomes have been consolidated together as there are less than 10 in each category.

All other outcomes includes:

  • no action taken
  • not upheld
  • resigned
  • dismissed
  • withdrawn
  • written Warning
