Which department(s) is (are) responsible for standards of staff accommodation and what legislation / regulations are relevant to the provision of such accommodation?

No such register is held by the States of Jersey and consequently the information you have requested is not held.

Information about staff accommodation is not kept as a record in the manner in which your request implies and under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, the public authority is not obliged to create new data for the purposes of a request.
No single register of staff accommodation is held and to draw together all the elements required to respond to the second part of your request would exceed the 12.5 hour time limit prescribed by the law.
Exemptions and / or refusals applied to this request
Regulation 2 (1) of the Freedom of Information (Costs) (Jersey) Regulations 2014 allows an authority to refuse a request for information where the estimated cost of dealing with the request would exceed the specified amount of the cost limit of £500. This is the estimated cost of one person spending 12.5 working hours in determining whether the department holds the information, locating, retrieving and extracting the information.
