I formally make a freedom of information request for answer to the following questions on Health and Social Setrvices (HSSD) funding of Jersey Women’s Refuge Charity.

A

Has any threat been made during 2016 and 2017 to the Committee of the Jersey Women Refuge (JWR) to remove their funding by Deputy Andrew Green as Minister of HSSD or your department who grant public funding to this Charity?

B

Has the Minister or anyone in his department requested the former Manager [name redacted] be removed from their post as Manager and failure to do so would result in the Public funding being reviewed by the Minister and your department?
