Since Deputy Montfort Tadier was elected to the States on 8 December 2008:

I would like to know how many propositions this Deputy has tabled and how many of these Propositions he has actually won or lost?

I would also like to know how many times this Deputy has applied for any Ministerial Position within the Council of Ministers since 8 December 2008 that have subsequently been rejected by the Assembly?

Response

According to research we have undertaken, Deputy M. Tadier has lodged 27 propositions in his own name since he was elected in 2008. Nine propositions were adopted and 18 were rejected by the States Assembly as detailed in the table below. Lodged Amendments

According to our research, in addition to the above propositions, Deputy Tadier also lodged 18 amendments to propositions lodged by other States members or bodies of which nine were adopted, eight were rejected and one was partially adopted.
