In the last five years how many people have been fined for littering (including dog fouling) - Policing of Roads, Parks and Sea Beaches (Application of Fines) (Jersey) Law 1957.

Response

The below table shows the number of offences recorded by police since January 2012. No offences were reported in 2016 or to date in 2017. Fines were issued in four of the cases, one for failing to remove dog faeces and three for litter offences. Two cases of litter were witnessed by police officers whilst on patrol and a third was recorded on CCTV. Fines ranged from £75 to £150.
