I wish to ascertain the following information in relation to restricted areas at Fort Regent.

A

What is the total cost in the last year of securing restricted areas at Fort Regent including the former swimming pool, walkway between buildings and the cable car station?

B

How much is being set aside to improve the security at restricted areas at Fort Regent? Is CCTV being installed?

C

What is the updated total cost now predicted for the demolition of the Fort Regent swimming pool?

D

Has a planning application been submitted to demolish the pool, its adjoining walkway and cable car station?

E

What was the total cost of removing asbestos at the Fort Regent site?

A

£7,128.00 of costs have been incurred in securing restricted areas in 2017 to date.

B

CCTV will be fitted and the installation costs will be approximately £13,000.

C

The estimated total costs of removing the swimming pool building is £3.5 million.

D

It is estimated that the costs of asbestos removal will account for approximately £1.275m of the overall total estimated costs of £3.5 million.
