The table below is a​ summary of all States Assembly approved Capital Projects for the period 2009 to 2018.

No Capital Projects have been completed over budget. The Public Finances (Jersey) Law 2005 does not permit this. If any additional funding is required for a project there are a number of means for the budget to be supplemented, for example allocation from existing allocated underspent funding or from future capital programmes. Any decision to supplement a project is published in the form of a Ministerial Decision or as part of the biannual Finance Law Delegation Report.
