Who is responsible for policing the car park to ensure that cars do not stay longer than an hour and display date of arrival on parking discs?

Response

The Department for Infrastructure's Parking Control Section police this car park.

Signs are displayed in the car park to advise users that the time of arrival must be displayed on a parking disc.
