Request

Please can you advise how many cars with emissions between 50g and 99g of CO2/KM were newly registered in Jersey since 01 January 2016.

Response

From 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2017 there were 1,200 cars registered with C02 (g/km) emission figures between 50g/km and 99g/km.

By way of further information there were also 100 motorcycles registered with C02 (g/km) emission figures between 50g/km and 99g/km, making 1,300 vehicles in total.
