I wish to be provided with copies, from the Department of the Environment, of background and 'work plan' reports associated with the decision to grant the Licence to take, handle, and disturb the Red-billed Chough (Pyrrochorax pyrrochorax) for scientific and research purposes (currently Licence No. CR22).

These reports are:
A

The annual report for 2017 attached to condition 5 of Licence No. CR22 (as stated above)

B

The approved 'Work Plan 2017 - Red-billed chough reintroduction project' (submitted March 2017), as stated in the Additional Notes section of the CR22 licence (stated above)

C

Annual reports and the Work Plans associated with the granting of any previous licences in connection with the red billed chough reintroduction project(s) on Jersey.

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –
(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005; and
(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data
protection principles, as defined in that Law.
