I should like to have:

A.

The Education Department's current statement of policy and practice which is used to guide the work in 2014 to 15 of those officials responsible for administering the Education (Discretionary Grants General)(Jersey) Order 2008 and the Education (Discretionary Grants Amounts) (Jersey) Order 2008;

B.

Details covering the current year and the previous five years of

(a) the number of Jersey residents in receipt of grants under these rules, total costs and average grant per head;

(b) a list of all the educational institutions in respect of attendance at which grants under the above rules are currently paid;

(c) dropout rates in total and by educational institution, by year of course; and

(d) pursuant to (c), the total amount of money recovered from grantees as a result of dropouts and the number of cases not pursued for recovery for whatever reason.
