I attempted to collect a certificate on behalf of a friend on Friday 15 December, however Highlands College was closed for business at about 3pm when I arrived. Please provide details about this closure.

Response

Highlands College had a planned activity on the last day of the teaching term (Friday 15 December 2017) which resulted in an early closure.

A condition of the Examination Centre Agreement with Awarding Organisations is that certificates can only be issued to the person named on the certificate. Individuals must provide photographic proof of identification. If they are unable to collect the certificate in person they can request to have it posted to them.
