The Education Department re-introduced Island-wide standardised tests in 2016 and then piloted some of the National Curriculum standardised tests in 2017.

The Education Department has received one direct enquiry regarding the introduction of standardised tests. More recently three Freedom of Information enquiries about standardised testing have been received.

Individual primary schools have fed back that they dealt with specific parental enquiries relating to when and how they might see the results.
