Which individual made the final decision to offer Charlie Parker entitled status on the condition he completed five years’ employment in his current position as Chief Executive of the States?

Response

The decision to award 2(1)(e) status is outlined in the public ministerial decision, and was signed by former Senator Paul Routier.
