Meteorological department staffing (FOI)

Meteorological department staffing (FOI)

Produced by the Freedom of Information office
Authored by States of Jersey and published on 11 February 2019.
Prepared internally, no external costs.

Request

This relates to staff employed in the meteorological office of the Environment Department.

I request a list of civil servant grades, with the total number of full time equivalent employees on each grade as at 1 January 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Any staff acting up to be included on the acting up grade and include any staff currently suspended.

Can you also give the total cost / budgeted cost of the meteorological office in 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Response

Below is a table broken down by grade, and year, of the FTE within the Meteorological department as of January in each requested year.

It is not possible to break it down by increment as the figures are for fewer than 10.0 FTE and disclosure could identify individuals. Article 25 (Personal Information) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied:

Grade201720182019
