Request

Please could I have details by former title and current contracted daily rate of all civil servants who left the States by either Voluntary Redundancy, Voluntary Severance, or negotiated settlement in 2016, 2017, 2018 and so far in 2019 who have subsequently been engaged by the States on any form of contract?

Response

Below is a table broken down by year, of the number of Civil Servants that have left the states either by Voluntary Redundancy, Voluntary Severance or negotiated settlement in the years requested above:

Year Total
201649
201710
201815
20190
Total74

We are unable to provide the details of staff who have subsequently been re-engaged with the business as the figure is fewer than 10. Article 25 (Personal information) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
