There are no specific ratified policies or protocols relating to the Psychiatric Social Worker / Authorised Officer out of hours service provision

B

Payment for on-call will be made in accordance with Civil Service Circular 5/82, ie the total number of ‘call-out hours’ covered by the agreement multiplied by one quarter of the relevant hourly rate. The average grade / increment of the current employees on the roster in CS grade 11.0. Therefore, on-call payments will be calculated on CS grade 11.0. Payment when the Social Worker is required to attend to a call or situation will be made at three quarters of that same rate (ie 11.0)

C

Line management for Authorised Officers is attributed to the Interim Divisional Lead for Mental Health.
