Arts in Jersey Financial Advisory Report (FOI)

Arts in Jersey Financial Advisory Report (FOI)

Produced by the Freedom of Information office
Authored by Government of Jersey and published on 05 April 2019.
Prepared internally, no external costs.

Request

Please could I have a copy of the final issued version of the BDO Arts in Jersey Financial Advisory Report issued in circa 2015 commissioned by Education, Sport and Culture, which then had responsibility for Culture (now part of the remit of the Minister for Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture / Growth, Housing and Environment department).

The report is based on the Financial Statements of the Jersey Arts Centre, Jersey Opera House and Jersey Arts Trust, all of which are already available to the public from the States Assembly Information Centre, so the financial information on which the report is based is already in the public domain and thus not restricted.

Response

Further to your request please see attached final draft report. Personal information has been redacted in accordance with Article 25 (Personal Information) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
