Please provide a copy of the current Disciplinary Procedure that DVS follows in respect of Complaints made against PSV Taxi-Cab Badge Holders and the date the Procedure last updated.

Response

The Driver and Vehicle Standards (DVS) section of Growth Housing and Environment uses Codes of Conduct and relevant articles under the Motor Traffic (Jersey) Law 1935 when dealing with complaints made against PSV Taxi-Cab badge holders.

The enclosed Codes of Conduct are published in accordance with Article 37(4) of the Motor Traffic (Jersey) Law 1935 and were last updated on 31 March 2017.
