Please confirm the Chief Executive's pension arrangements.

Does his pension become tax-free after either three years or five years?

If not,

Is there a provision in his contract allowing his pension to become tax-free after a certain period of time?

If not,

Are there any provisions in his contract that allow for a change in pension arrangements after a certain period of time? If so, what is the change and after how long?

Are any aspects of the Chief Executive's pension arrangements based on 'satisfactory performance' in his role, as with his housing qualifications?
