Please provide us with the number of young people who have been released from detention with electronic tagging at the mid-point of their Detention and Training Order (DTO) under supervision of your youth offending team or equivalent, in the past twelve months.

Response

Currently, the States of Jersey Prison Service do not operate an electronic tagging system.

In answer to your request, no young people have been released from detention with electronic tagging in the last 12 months.
