Can you please provide me with a list of all States owned properties and areas of land that are currently unused / empty?

If you could also provide an indication as to how long each property / area of land has been unused / empty.

A

The Government of Jersey currently own 23 buildings, spread across 14 sites, which are currently vacant. The following table details the parishes where these sites are located.

Please be advised that specific information identifying the location of each site is exempt under Article 42 (Law Enforcement) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

This information is being withheld as it is considered that its disclosure into the public domain would likely create an opportunity for break-ins and / or vandalism.
