Can you please inform me of the cost to the Taxpayer for the legal advice and representation of the States Employment Board regarding the court costs, appearances and appeals with regards to the Pension and 'Care' system against the States of Jersey Fire and Rescue Association?

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
