The table below lists the trips made by States members outside Jersey, including in any Ministerial capacity, and includes details of additional delegates for each trip. The information detailed is for the period 1 January 2018 to 5 June 2019.

Information on trips undertaken by members in their capacity as Connétables are not held and a separate freedom of information request would need to be submitted to the Parishes of Jersey. Further information on this process is available at the following address:

Currently there is no published report detailing all trips abroad made by State’s members in an official capacity.

The States Assembly Annual Report provides some details regarding attendance at Inter Parliamentary meetings and conferences but the report will not always detail all delegates who attended. The States Assembly Annual Report for 2017 is available at the following link:

The 2018 Annual Report is not yet available.

Information on trips undertaken by Connétables in an official Parish capacity will be held by the Parishes of Jersey and would need to be requested directly from their offices.

This response has been issued on behalf of the States Greffe, in conjunction with the Government of Jersey. The States Greffe is responsible for the information held by (and on behalf of) both itself and the States Assembly. Neither the States Assembly nor the States Greffe form part of the Government of Jersey.
