Would you please advise as to whether ex-Senator Phillip Ozouf is employed either directly or indirectly as a consultant for the Government of Jersey or any government owned businesses from 2016 to date?

Does Ex-Senator Ozouf deal with the Government of Jersey in any way for a third party?

Response

Former Senator Philip Ozouf is not employed by the Government of Jersey, and no other payments have been made to the former Senator for any other services as a consultant or similar in the period 2016 to 2019 to date.

The Government does not hold information on the individual employees or consultants of bodies that are owned, or third parties with whom the Government has arrangements for services or similar. However, we are not aware of any such arrangements, whether paid or otherwise. In short, we are not aware of anything that is relevant to this request.
