Please provide a copy of the document sent out from the States of Jersey in conjunction with Contract Consulting which asked selected people to take part in the Citizen's Panel to look at ways in which Jersey’s child care history ought to be remembered and recognised, which begins "We are inviting you to take part in the Citizens Panel.", and which details the five days this took place, and the application form to complete by prospective participants.
