Could you please advise if the 2018 pay offer to Civil Servants of 1% consolidated and 1.1% non-consolidated that was implemented in the November 2018 pay to all Civil servants, included that increase to those earning £100,000 or more a year or did this category of civil servant have a 0% increase?
