Can you tell me if the Freedom of Information laws apply to Jersey Post please?

Article 1 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (the "Law") defines what a "public authority" is for the purpose of the Law. A number of descriptions of entities that may be covered are set out. However, the obligations of the Law only apply to Scheduled Public Authorities (ie those entities that are listed in Schedule 1 of the Law). Jersey Post is not listed in Schedule 1 and is therefore not covered by the obligations of the Law at this stage.
