The figures provided are for the full years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

HVR, 1(1) (k) and 2(1) (e) has been taken to mean the same thing. The current definition used under the Control of Housing and Work (Residential and Employment Status) (Jersey) Regulations 2013, which was introduced on 1 July 2013, is Regulation 2(1) (e).

A U.K. citizen has been taken to mean British citizen / a British passport holder.
