Are you able to confirm whether all senior leadership staff such as line managers and team leaders within the People Hub have been fully trained in people management skills and advised of mental health?
All staff with people management responsibilities in the People Hub and Customer and Local Services are given appropriate training and support to manage individuals and teams.
All managers follow and are aware of the managing attendance policy which details how to support colleagues or signpost for further support and this includes mental health issues.
A mental health first aider network is being launched across the government with Customer and Local Services having 16 nominated first aiders who are undertaking training this autumn.
