How many individuals diagnosed with sleep apnea are in receipt of Long Term Incapacity Allowance (LTIA) benefit?

Response

The department is unable to identify how many individuals in receipt of Long Term Incapacity Allowance are diagnosed with sleep apnea, as that condition is not recorded as a separate ailment. If sleep apnea is diagnosed it would be recorded under miscellaneous.
