Please provide all documents which relate to the works carried out at a property known as St. Christopher's pursuant to planning and building applications P/2011/0270, RP/2011/0762, B/2011/0220, B/2011/0381, B/2011/0816, and B/2012/0375.

For the avoidance of doubt, the applicant requires all emails, all letters, all facsimiles or other methods of communication, all Site Visit Reports (whether produced by Horrigan, the Building Control Officer or any other party), all file notes of the Building Control Officer, all notes of telephone conversations and any other document which relates to or details any aspect of the construction works.
