Please may I request the amount of, and nature of all historic complaints made against the Sovereign Cars site and its related activities (ie spray booth, traffic congestion) to (Land North of 14 Havre-des-Pas Gardens, St Helier, Jersey JE2 4PQ).

Please may this request be broken up into complaints made to Environmental Health and to Transport Department (and any other relevant departments).

Response

The Environmental Health and Planning sections of Growth, Housing and Environment do not hold any records of formal complaints against the Sovereign Cars site.

The Transport section provide enforcement in this area on a daily basis and whilst they receive reports of nuisance and illegal parking on the footways or bus stop around Havre des Pas by the public, they have no record of any specific complaints relating to use of the Sovereign car site.
