How many hours did department officers spend in meetings and discussions with the Architect for application P/2009/18610?

Response

The request refers to a pre-application submission, of which the Planning department do not hold information regarding time spent on negotiations. However having reviewed the correspondence on the file, it appears there was one meeting between the agent, case officer and former Planning Minister. There was no indication on the file of the length of time of this meeting.
