MyDeposit scheme fines (FOI)

MyDeposit scheme fines (FOI)

Request

Since the introduction of new landlord laws and the mydeposit scheme in 2015, how many landlords and/or letting agents have been fined for not putting deposits into the scheme within 30 days, as required by law?

The fine for this is £2,000. What is the total value of the fines handed out in the last four years?

Have there been any warnings handed out since 2015 rather than fines, and if so how many?

Response
