Request

A

Please can you let me know the total revenue generated for DFI / GOJ from the sale of car park advertising sites each year (broken down by car park if possible), from 2012 to2019. This is the NET amount I require, after any advertising agency costs.

B

Please could you also advise on how many cars parked (total, including repeating cars) in 2012 to 2019 in the following car parks: Sand Street, Minden Place, Green Street and Patriotic Street.

The Government of Jersey does not hold any information regarding how many cars use their car parks on a daily basis.

Our car park counter systems are designed to calculate and publish real-time occupancy levels, in order to provide information to our customers about whether spaces are available. It also provides an overview of the typical occupancy levels throughout the day to identify parking pressures.

Information regarding the parking spaces available in the above car parks for each 24 hour period for 2017 and 2018 is available in a previous Freedom of Information response. This can be located using the following link.
