Request

Under the FOI law I would like to request the following

A

Under the “Covid-19 screening, assessment and isolation (jersey) regulations 2020” under “part 2” (no.5)” it states “A person must not, unless an exception applies”.  What are these exceptions, please define?

B

The same law section 7 states “ a person who without reasonable excuse”. What are these excuses, please define?

C

Under “Covid-19 ( restricted movement) (Jersey) order 2020” part 2 (no2) states “work includes work involved in the provision of voluntary”. Please define voluntary and the word work? For instance is holding a protest on a voluntary basis against these restrictions valid?

D

The same law section 3, part 3 states “A private road or way”. Please define way.

Response

A to D

The question is a request for legal interpretation and is therefore not a valid request for information for the purposes of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
